From this knowledge, it can be stated that your entire “reality” is all within your head. There is nothing “out there” even though it seems like it. It’s the case of the popular question, “if a tree falls in a forest and nobody’s there to hear it, does it make a sound?” The idea is that you cannot experience your reality without actively perceiving it and this is the fundamental basis of the Law of Attraction.
Your brain is so smart that it has taken the vibrations all around you, and learned how to translate it into your “reality” in a way so that you can’t even recognise its vibration. Think about it... What are the colours that you perceive? If you’ve studied any science then you know that colour is just a vibration at a particular frequency. What are the sounds that you hear? They are nothing more than vibrations that your brain has translated in order to make sense out of it.
In many cases, the underlying issue, when it is broken down to its absolute core, is fear of some kind. Fear that people won’t think we are good enough. Fear of being vulnerable to someone. Fear of actually being happy—yeah, lots of people are actually afraid of that. We get so wrapped up in our crap and it becomes such a strong part of our identity, we may not actually know who we are without all the stories we tell ourselves. If you identify yourself as the perpetually single person, an asshole magnet or simply ‘unlucky’ in love, who are you without those labels?
Sorry for the late reply and thank for your answer 🙂 Actually what I was mostly aiming at was of course manifesting signs of my loved one before Christmas but having the goal of spending the holidays with him. I haven’t seen him in so long, he is quite far away and I have no idea how that will manifest itself but I am leaving it up to the universe to make it happen because Christmas used to have a very special meaning to us. Also during our book club and going over your book “how to manifest a specific person” one of the readers wanted to know if it was alright for her to chant (she is an assiduous buddhist) her buddhist mantra while using LOA. She wanted to know if it was compatible eventhough it is the same philosophy, she was afraid that perhaps practising two different methods might delay her manifestations in any way…I do not know if this is something you can help her with! Loving our little book club which is growing too!!!!
Michael Losier is the best on the law of attraction issue. He teaches one exactly how to master the art of "believe". It is easy to tell people that the law of attraction works; however, the LOA works if one firmly believes in receiving something specific. Now what if one can not convince oneself to deeply believe? Michael has a whole chapter on how one can realistically think ones desire into reality.
The Law of Attraction has been popularized in the early 21st century by books and films such as The Secret. This 2006 film and the subsequent book use interviews with New Thought authors and speakers to explain the principles of the proposed metaphysical law that one can attract anything that one thinks about consistently. Writing for the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry, Mary Carmichael and Ben Radford wrote that "neither the film nor the book has any basis in scientific reality", and that its premise contains "an ugly flipside: if you have an accident or disease, it's your fault".
Let me say what I mean by success: success is the ability of individuals to reach their own goals and achieve their own purposes. I do not mean goals such as becoming a movie star, or winning the Nobel Prize in literature or becoming the President of the United States. Or simply making more money than everybody else. By that standard virtually no one is successful. But I think it is possible for these individuals and others to find in other ways those satisfactions that are associated with those lofty achievements, namely, recognition, admiration and a sense of importance.
January we got together..we’re best friends too…everything was going PERFECT…then my beliefs mess up with me… I started with feelings like: ” Oh no, it’s too good to be real, she for real doesn.t like me, I’m not good enough, she’ll find someone better, etc” . I started to be so jealous…and everytime I was saying that I needed a break, space from her..but I didn’t know how… because I needed to change my vibes and get self confident again… So, the Universe gave me this break, when We had a discussion a month ago. She asked me a break.
The problem comes about whenever we attempt to control our reality without first adjusting our vibration. No amount of physical manipulation will create the world that we wish to see. All of the work is done on the inside, in our minds. This means that no amount of action alone will produce the results that we desire. However, once we gain the ability to condition our minds to our desired frequencies of vibration, our physical reality quickly follows suit and reflects back to us our new vibration.
This is the time to pamper yourself, to prove how valuable you are and to take the time to do something special for yourself. Maybe you have always wanted to stay at a beachfront hotel, get a massage or a pedicure, learn a new language, rent a particular movie, or have a gourmet dinner served in your home. No matter how big or small, the time to fulfill your desires is now.

For example, your shift in beliefs and energy may help you line up with a different version of your partner more often that is more conducive to what you prefer, and you find you are happier in this relationship and don’t feel like you necessarily want a new one.
Embrace failure. Failure always illuminates a truth about the methods you used, or the particular goals you pursued; interpret failure not as a badge of shame, but as a call for self-reflection. Sometimes it’s only through facing the insurmountable, failing, and then struggling to pull ourselves back together that we develop the tenacity we’ll need to succeed.
Changing Your Frequency: To consciously attract that which you choose into your life you must learn to bring the energy of your thoughts and hence your actions into vibrational harmony with the essence of your choice, be it perfect health, success, abundance, true love or anything else. Creative visualization is the basic technique by which you can positively and effectively reprogramme your subconscious mind and so begin to attract to yourself those things and circumstances that you consciously choose.
Your thoughts have the power to create, so it is possible that you created this situation, but you can also turn it around. Let go of any worries or fears you have in regards to his ex. Be open to being in a relationship with him again and having him there 100%. Focus on being at one with being the relationship. Keep your vibration high by doing things you enjoy. The higher you can keep your vibration, the faster you should see results using the Law of Attraction for love to attract your specific person.
When science tried to control the nature or everything..we screwed up...science is something based on theories..and these theories are exposed to changes..so how and why should we relate our lifes to something that was a part of world destruction..science is the best example of the " cause effect" you re most trying to talk about...he is the effect and he is the cause..imagine!!.science found cures because scientists tried to control everything...a refreshing thought dear..science created weapon .."tools of terrorist you re talkin about"
10) Blame Yourself: As the LOA is supposed to be a perfect, universal law, positivity should ALWAYS attract more positivity. The corollary of this is that you alone are completely responsible for any goal that was not successfully achieved, no matter how unrealistic the goal. This assumes that you not only control your thoughts and actions, but also those of everyone around you…and nature. The fact is, that you don’t. Sorry to break that to you.
It’s important to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing anything or trying to understand it. This is because the analytical and judgement aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and actually perpetuate the problem. It reinforces the connection in our brain between the action and the negative feeling. To release that connection, approach it without judgement. Let it be.
When you do find yourself meeting with someone, don’t pin all your hopes on this person being the ‘one.’ You really don’t even know him yet, and you have no idea if this person is really compatible with you, or is the type of person you would want to be with over the long-term. Sure, you can be excited, and look forward to it, but release any expectation around how things will play out. Work on getting yourself into a state of ‘surrender’ where you just accept what happens as it happens, knowing all the while, what you want is coming, even if you have no idea how that looks right now.
As you start shifting beliefs around this area of your life, you may notice certain things in your experience. You are meeting more people with whom you have common interests. You find yourself having great conversations with people, the types of conversations you envision having with your partner. You may find yourself going on more dates frequently with people who seem like a better fit for you than people you were going out with previously.
Start with a great haircut, neat nails, and well-shaped eyebrows (if eyes are the windows to the soul, eyebrows are the frames). Invest in a tailor—and in a few no-fail items that will help you look pulled together: a crisp white shirt, a pencil skirt, a great-fitting shift dress (just add shoes and go!), a tissue-weight scarf, and the perfect jacket. Whether it's a black blazer with a structured shoulder and nipped-in waist or a little leather jacket that looks great over anything, the right jacket projects confidence. And isn't that what polished really means?
So that’s where we need to start. The definition of whatever success means to you must created and written out in a detailed plan. You don’t need to know every step to take in order to get you there; but you need to have a general sense of direction and an overall plan for its attainment. When you fail to do this, you can’t really categorize these as goals, but more so as hopes and wishes.
