I know this can sound like a tall order. We are so conditioned to basing how we feel on outside events. It is easy to feel good when something happens that gives us a reason to—cultivating warm, fuzzies in the absence (or what we perceive to be the absence) of something to be happy about can take a bit of work. Feeling good even if things happen that you don’t like can take some practice. Living reactively will really put a damper on the attraction process, and it is a habit that needs to be addressed.
Further, visual affirmations are useful ways of reminding yourself to stay connected to positive thoughts throughout the day. A sticky note on the bathroom cabinet, the fridge or the front door can keep you in check if your confidence is wavering, and a “dream board” can be designed to represent your desires and aims in pictorial form. We’ll explain a wide range of ways in which you can use affirmations and teach you how to design them to accurately reflect your underlying goals.
It is also important to remember to work on feeling better incrementally, and not trying to manifest things that are just too much of a stretch for our CURRENT vibration. For example, someone really struggling with money would probably not really feel it was possible to start making 10,000 a month in income, and to set that type of goal without already being able to feel that abundant right now, would result in lots of frustration, and the lack of results would just worsen the energy. It is also a good idea to put your focus on just feeling better overall, and not too much on specific manifestations. A lot can happen without specific focus when we just raise our vibration overall. You will notice cool things start to happen, and this will strengthen your trust in the process, which will make it easier to manifest specific things.
By implementing daily positive practices in our lives, we will shift and raise our energetic vibration so that we can manifest from a place of calm, inspired action yielding faster results. If you get into the habit of using tools that will insert empowering and positive thoughts into your mind, you'll be poised to produce good experiences and results!

Love and the Law of Attraction is a powerful book. It is easy to read and understand. You can move through the chapters quickly and apply the message to improve your life. Kelley gives you the teaching. It is up to me to do the work and apply what is here. I am using the book to change my life for the better. And, I am seeing that I need to work on my attitude. Sometimes I can be negative and I complain a lot. This pushes people away from me. I am curbing my sarcasm. I am watching myself and changing my bad habits. This book teaches you how to create the space for real love to enter. I am noticing too that the more encouraging I am with others and myself that this is improving my relationships. I feel more attractive. When I feel more attractive, I then feel my dreams can come true. And, I too can have what I want, a great guy, a beautiful home and abundance. My intention is live the abundant life with my soul mate.
Distance doesn’t matter when creating the relationship you want. It’s only an obstacle in your mind and will only have an effect if you allow it. The same techniques apply in a long-distance relationship. Just follow the techniques you already have and don’t worry about the distance. It really doesn’t matter – you’re the one who creates you’re reality, not the distance. The distance is just an aspect of your reality that you have created in the past. Your future is unwritten and waiting for you to create.
