However, I recognize that certain particular accomplishments tend to mean success to most people. These are: finding a job and a career that has status in our society and that brings with it enough financial reward that it is possible to live comfortably. This is the familiar picture of a house with a picket fence. The particular kind of work they will engage in will otherwise vary widely. Part of this success—in the eyes of most people—is a loving family, usually including children--and good friends. And having a place in the community.

This is my first review for a book I've ever done. I'm not even done with this book (on Ch7) and I had to come write and review. I just wanted to start off and say we take our life's for granted sometimes. Eric story is very touching and inspiring about what he went though in his life to his uprising. I first noticed Eric from this youtube video Secrets to Success [...] which has almost 1 million views (between the first two parts) I'm sure others have seen this as well. It was not until recently I started watching his TGIM (Thank God it's Monday) and TGIM (Thank God I'm Married) video series. Great motivation jump start to your Mondays and your marriage!
Okay, coming from me, those words might not have the same impact. But, what if I told you that this information comes directly from two of the best salespeople on the planet? As a student of self-improvement, I've followed many of the world's most sought-after purveyors of success. Anthony Robbins, for one. He's definitely my hero. But, so is Zig Ziglar.
Your thoughts have the power to create, so it is possible that you created this situation, but you can also turn it around. Let go of any worries or fears you have in regards to his ex. Be open to being in a relationship with him again and having him there 100%. Focus on being at one with being the relationship. Keep your vibration high by doing things you enjoy. The higher you can keep your vibration, the faster you should see results using the Law of Attraction for love to attract your specific person.
If you’re serious about growing yourself into becoming the kind of person that you want to attract, then I recommend that you cultivate a network of therapists, counselors, coaches, healing professionals, trusted friends and mentors whom you can count on for any variety of challenge that will arise. Especially when the big stuff starts coming up, and it will!
Let me say what I mean by success: success is the ability of individuals to reach their own goals and achieve their own purposes. I do not mean goals such as becoming a movie star, or winning the Nobel Prize in literature or becoming the President of the United States. Or simply making more money than everybody else. By that standard virtually no one is successful. But I think it is possible for these individuals and others to find in other ways those satisfactions that are associated with those lofty achievements, namely, recognition, admiration and a sense of importance.
No matter what we attract, it is always there to help us, so you want to think about this scenario and what feelings came up around it, and that can clue you in to how it is useful for your journey of attracting a relationship. As for your friend, I am not sure what topic of conversation was involved as far as you feeling like you can’t be yourself around her, but as some general advice, anytime we feel like we can’t be ourselves in a certain situation or around a certain person, it is a problem plain and simple that must be examined. Ultimately, it comes down to determining whether your reluctance to be yourself is more based in your own fears, and your friend would more than likely accept you, or if your friend is someone who is very judgmental or wouldn’t be able to accept you for who are because of strong beliefs she holds about certain things.
I am so excited. Today is my first day of my 21 day journey to attract a specific person into my life. Yesterday I spent the day mentally preparing myself for this journey. I cleaned out my space and room to give me even more of a peace of mind. I also completed some mundane tasks that I had to in order to ensure my highest vibration. (Don’t want life’s minutiae to bring me down :)) Today was a great day to say the least. Better than I thought my first day was going to be. I did have a brief moment of doubt and a pang of negativity halfway through the day. I am aware of it and can only improve on it tomorrow. Really interesting side note though. I had one of the best days professionally. My boss took me aside and told me how smart I was and offered me more positions. I got repeated complements about my looks for coworkers and others. It was a great day! I know that this is long but I hope someone reads it. I really want the universe to know what it has done for me.

And, finally, I became a publisher, creating and publishing books and software on planning and growing businesses. To survive you need to be able to embrace change.
Abundant life teachings may include expectations of physical and material prosperity and good health and well-being, but may also include other forms of fullness of life, including eternal life, when persecuted or suffering. For a Christian, fullness of life is not measured in terms of "fun" and "living large", or in terms of wealth, prestige, position, and power, but measured by fulfilled lives of responsibility and self-restraint, and the rewards and blessings that accrue over a lifetime of pleasing God. According to the abundant life interpretation, the Bible has promises of wealth, health, and well-being, but these promises are conditional promises. According to James 1:17, God gives only good and perfect gifts, so God only gives gifts and blessings that are compatible with that person's abilities and God's goals for that person. This interpretation raises serious issues and presents a condemning and discriminating view of poor or disabled Christians in the apostolic times and throughout history.

I do not claim to have all of those things either. However, I do have most of the things that I described and I managed to attain them through my value-based goals, plans, process-visualizations, and inspired action. I didn't ask the universe for it, you might say that the universe knew, but I was driven to get these things. I didn't act or pretend like I already had them.

Life can be very challenging for most of us. You’re going to have good days, and you’re going to have not so good days. In fact, many things are going to be out of your control and it’s great to recognize that you’re not always going to be on the top of your game. Therefore, you need to have some sort of support system in your life so that you can show up fully, especially once you meet your Soulmate. Why? Because bringing all of life’s challenges into one relationship, especially with your romantic partner, will place a very heavy burden on your relationship, not to mention draining the sexual and creative energy from it. You cannot have that! You need to enlist the support of others and create your own group of amazing, challenging, and supportive friends.
I worked with a professional footballer once. He was getting very nervous about shooting goals. He kept missing even though he was very talented. I insisted that he kept watching himself on TV scoring goals and burned that image into his consciousness. I didn’t want him thinking about anything else. Every time he had a negative thought he was to switch that picture, either on the TV or on the TV in his mind. And he was to surround the thought with positive emotions of love and respect for himself.
He is my soulmate. We speak the same love language. We have this amazing telepathic connection that freaks us both sometimes. We both have our quirks which we completely accept and adore. We never stop each other from being who we are, even if it means being selfish or demanding at times. Fortunately, we realize our mistakes and make amends immediately. This is the best relationship I have been in. I know I want to spend my life with this man.
I was seeing this really great guy for a couple of months. Things were fantastic between us, but he just got out of a 4 year relationship a few months ago and apparently it was a messy end- she basically picked her career over him and moved to a different state. We decided that the best thing to do right now is for us to just be friends because he said that if he is going to be with me he wants to be there 100% and not have her pop up in his mind all the time. I totally understand this, and really did sense it… is it possible that I manifested this? When I first found this out about his ex it was always in the back of my mind… like he’s just not over her. I kept thinking that. Is it possible that I made this happen myself with my negative thoughts about it? And if so, can I use the LOA to turn it around, help him get over her faster and come back to me? Thank you in advance for your help.
3) No Action: The only way to manifest your thoughts into things is to believe and live as if you’ve already accomplished your goal. LOA guru Esther Hicks said, “You did not come into this environment to create through action.” Action shows the Universe that you know you don’t have it and that you doubt its ability to manifest it for you. While it is obvious to most that action is a necessary component of goal achievement, it is completely inconsistent with a belief in a LOA.
At this point, you may still remain unconvinced that this universal principle — which attracts like to like — still seems interwoven in magic and, therefore, unreal. Perhaps it’s because we’re talking about intangible concepts like thoughts and feelings. At least with gravity, an apple thrown up into the air falls onto the ground. You may not understand it, but you can visibly and immediately experience the effects.
"It takes roughly three times of repeating the positive ideas to negate the negative thoughts. Try a vision board. List five things you want to focus on this month and constantly repeat them daily like a mantra. For example, my vision board says, 'Money flies at me from all directions.' Sometimes, I get a large-paying client, and sometimes, I simply find a quarter on the street. Point being, money is coming to me from everywhere. After you focus on what you want, you need to keep in that mindset. If you allow any negative thoughts to creep in, you will reverse or negate all the work you just did," Estes recommends.

The law of attraction (LOA) is the belief that the universe creates and provides for you that which your thoughts are focused on. It is believed by many to be a universal law by which “Like Always Attracts like.” The results of positive thoughts are always positive consequences. The same holds true for negative thoughts always leading to bad outcomes. But the LOA is much more than generalizations; thinking about red Lamborghinis will bring you red Lamborghinis – always. To the believers, questioning the validity of the LOA is akin to heresy and blasphemy; it creates religious fervor. To the uninitiated, it may seem silly to discuss even the possibility that such a law could exist.
I recently released some resistance about finding the right guy. And I had this weird experience yesterday. I felt like maybe I could meet somebody yesterday when I went out with my friend. And I actually forgot about the fact that I thought about it. And I ran into somebody at a book store and he actually told me something that I didn’t expect and I didn’t know what to say so I couldn’t respond properly. I actually was with my friend who had strong opinion against something and I was afraid if she might not like me acting certain way. Anyway, so I actually wanted to talk to the guy more but for some reason, I couldn’t. But I discovered some limiting beliefs. I realized that I need to be myself even though I worry what my friend thinks about me. And if she doesn’t support me, maybe she’s not good for me even though I really care about her as a friend. The reason that I couldn’t be myself yesterday was because I cared so much about what my friend would think about me.
