None of these qualities guarantees success, but they all help. But put together they will not add up to very much unless certain other qualities of mind and personality are present. By the way, you can apply this magic formula to anything: Health, relationships, financial abundance, your business, your career. Even if you bounce from one to the other it’s fine. The universe doesn’t care. So long as you invest in yourself. So long as you’re improving SOME aspect of your inner or outer life every day by 1%, you’ll experience the magic results faster than you’d imagine possible.

Creative visualization is a cornerstone of using the Law of Attraction, and meditative exercises are part of this process. For example, you are encouraged to spend 10-15 minutes a day on building an increasingly detailed image of the life you want to develop. However, visualization actually extends far beyond these mental pictures, and can be practiced in concrete ways every day. For example, you will learn writing exercises here on our site and artistic approaches that focus on externalizing your goals and making them more real. You can be as creative in your visualization process as you like, and trying out the basic skills may inspire you to come up with unique methods that are even more effective.
Sorry, for my bad english (Not my mother tongue). I will use LOA for this also, one day… Anyways, I have some confusion. I have very nice girl in my class. She is total calm, peaceful, adorable etc. She is not too great by looks but her nature is very good. So, I want that girl in my life. I saw her daily. In comments, you have said, let the other person go>> On this point, I have doubt. I mean, so I dont think abt her? or think abt her in a positive way (Visualization) like, she is talking with me in good language or taking care of me. Plz be specific. I am truly dedicated and hard working person. Please give instructions how to attract. How many times (Hours) per day Visualization is enough. I really love my self and happy all the day.
Thanks so much..so glad you liked it. Relationships can be tricky because there is so much emotional charge around them. It is easy to get off track, and you are right, going back to information that reminds us of these truths and helps us refocus is one of the best things we can do. The reinforcement is necessary to help us reprogram because essentially that is what we need to do. For me, there are two things. First, is getting into that space of trust and knowing by looking back on past manifestations. We have a tendency to put more trust in the negative ones and then dismiss the positive ones…which is one of our weird quirks. And I do my best to step back from anything that isn’t making me feel good and just go do something else, like read a book or take a walk.
Israel Regardie published books with the Law of Attraction theme as one of his prevailing Universal Laws. The awesome LOA blogger Melody Fletcher termed the manifestations that show up to indicate we are on the right path as ‘breadcrumbs.’ The thing is though, many of us misinterpret them as ‘bad’ things that show us we still don’t have what we want. Sometimes, a manifestation is not just going to fall right into our lap—this is especially true of ‘wants’ that are really big and important to us–we typically have a lot of resistance to work through.
