Also, for reasons that I do not need to belabor, it is advantageous for an individual to be especially bright, unusually attractive, talented, and, even tall and strong. None of these qualities guarantees success, but they all help. But put together they will not add up to very much unless certain other qualities of mind and personality are present. In other words, having all these advantages will not prevent some people from botching up; and we all know someone like that.
The law of attraction is not a magic wand. Because the brain preferentially scans and stores negative experiences, we have to consciously, habitually build the positive mental muscle. We all have layers and layers of stories, limiting beliefs, fears and blocks that have become the interior landscape of our minds and cannot be changed overnight just by thinking positive thoughts.
For example, students cram the night before a big exam or a paper that’s due because the pain of not doing it supersedes the pleasure of putting it off any longer. The same thing applies to taxes. Why do most people get their taxes in just before the deadline when it’s due? The same reason. They’re doing more to avoid pain than they are to gain pleasure.
In accordance with the Law of Attraction, you attract into your life those things, circumstances and conditions that correspond with the nature of your dominant, habitual thoughts and beliefs, both conscious and subconscious. Every area of your life, including your health, your finances and all of your relationships, are influenced by this great Universal Law that "like attracts like". Eugene Fersen, in the Science of Being, referred to the Law of Attraction as "the Basic Law of the Universe".

This type of thing happens because we showed up, desperate, and without clarity about what we really wanted. The same applies to manifesting your Soulmate.  You already know what you DON’T want.  So let’s put the main focus on putting together a list of what you DO WANT that is in alignment with your core values and expresses what you want to experience and share in your new relationship.


1) Continue to send out a Soul Call and hold your intention to welcome your Soulmate into your heart.  Connect with your Soulmate at the inner level by visualizing and feeling him/her as if he or she is already in your life.  You can do this by buying them a card, or setting a place for them at your dinner table.  You can also buy a soulmate ring, as a symbol of you holding a special place in your heart for your One.  You may also want to listen to my ‘Soul Call’ guided meditation, especially when you’re feeling disconnected or negative about your love life.

Other than that, the parameters of success are actually pretty broad. You can be successful as an extrovert, or as an introvert, you can be successful if you get up at six and start your day with birdsong, and you can be successful if you work late into the night. You can be successful if you believe in yourself and you can be successful if you are ridden with self-doubt. Equally, the same principle works in reverse. Some unsuccessful people have incredibly high opinions of themselves.
Is there any truth to “The Secret”? Is there any validity to the law of attraction? As with most other popular ideas, “The Secret” has a nugget of truth that is expanded to unbiblical and illogical extremes. For example, a thesis of the law of attraction is that our physical health is determined by our thoughts and feelings. It has been medically proven that stress and worry are harmful to the body, while joy and peace actually aid in the healing process. The Bible agrees, “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones” (Proverbs 17:22). “A cheerful look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones” (Proverbs 15:30). As David was struggling with the guilt of his unconfessed, evil actions, he declared, “When I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long” (Psalm 32:3). Our thoughts and feelings do have an impact on our physical well-being. However, this is due to how God designed our bodies…not because of our connection with a universal energy force and our negativity or positivity attracting negative or positive physical symptoms.
What is Love and what is the law of attraction and love? Is attraction the first step to fall in love? Look around and you will find many people asking the same question. The feelings if love is a part of everyone’s life, whether one choose to fall for it or not. It’s one feeling that affects everyone not once, but many times in life. Those who find love are often seen celebrating it, while there are some who accidentally fall in one-sided love.

Getting what we want doesn’t have to involve doing a bunch of stuff we don’t and it doesn’t have to be painful, contrary to the more common ways of thinking. Several years ago, I visited Korea for a week when I was on vacation from my teaching job in Japan. I was only able to see Busan, but loved it. I would love to go back and see more of the country.
As a mind-reader, you should try to ATTRACT a different job, since in no way do I have any anger towards anyone with erroneous beliefs. I do feel sorry for you, but this is not anger. This is a free country and free society and you are free to believe anything you desire and free to waste your time as you see fit. You can smoke cigarettes as well. They will harm you and that is your choice. Same as a belief in a LOA.
It’s quite clear then that in order to succeed in life at any endeavor, we need to set specific goals. But, not only do they have to be specific, they have to be S.M.A.R.T.E.R. goals — goals that are specific, meaningful, achievable, relevant, and time-based. Those goals also need to be constantly evaluated and the plans re-adjusted in order to attain them.
