In the New Thought philosophy, the Law of Attraction is the belief that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, people can bring positive or negative experiences into their life.[1][2] The belief is based on the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from "pure energy", and that through the process of "like energy attracting like energy" a person can improve their own health, wealth, and personal relationships.
Staying motivated is also a way that you can ensure you take action on a daily basis. But, what are the ways that we can stay motivated even when times are tough and we don’t feel like putting in the work on a given day? How can we still push forward even when nearly every fiber in our beings are screaming that we should either take a break or possibly even give up?
There is no real risk to chasing your dreams. As far as I can tell, it’s a lot of fun and a thrilling journey. My experience with countless clients over many, many years, is that all the risk…all the frustration…and all the disappointment, is born from not chasing dreams. (But please remember, there is a way to chase dreams successfully which is like chasing butterflies. Put yourself in the right energy field, and become a magnet for those butterflies. The more direct method of butterfly catching is so much harder).
They don’t obtain the ability to find life in their life. Yes, ability. It’s not just a choice. It may start with a choice. But it’s a practice, a daily one, to produce nectar (joy) from what’s in front of you as you keep building and climbing. This is what keeps you positive and attracting. It’s like pedaling a bike. Once you are no longer able to produce joy with what you have, you are no longer attracting.

Another issue that really causes resistance in the realm of relationships is finding love is so incredibly important to us. We are really attached to this manifestation; we are terrified of being alone, and it never happening. It is hard to just sit back and relax, knowing the Universe has got this. We are constantly noticing our single status, and lamenting it.
"When you go to bed at night, the last 20 minutes before you sleep, when you're drifting off, is the most powerful time that you have to condition your subconscious mind. When you start to go to bed, you're going from a beta brainwave activity, to an alpha, to a beta, to a delta, and that is closer to influencing the subconscious mind. You can do this yourself. You can become someone who purposefully creates ripples in the universe. Did you know, everything you do energetically ripples out and affects others? And the ripples then come back to you. This process is fast. Don’t underestimate how possible it is for you to be a true catalyst for change. My name is Tracy. I’ve just recently started getting a lot more serious about using the Law of Attraction in my life. My dear friend, Alexis, is in love with a wonderful man name Blake and I am madly in love with an amazing man name Brody! We’re all mutual friends. Both Alexis and I would often get together and talk about our guys and how we feel about them. We both would mention how we have strong vibes for both our guys and how it feels as if we are being drawn towards them. Dear Elisabeth…I am in relationship with my boyfriend almost 8 years..We were very in love. But during these years he did to me something I couldn´t forgive him for many years..I were very much angry with him all these years..but I was also still in love. I think I was so angry that I was very often pushing him out of me without even noticing that. Yesterday he told me he does not know if he wants to be with me anymore. Because in last two years he was feeling very alone, told me I was not listeting. He was right. I have forgiven him already. But I did not notice I was behaving this way all these years. I am very sorry for that. Because I forgived and I love him all the time. I want him back. But he is not sure any more he loves me. He likes me very much. But he told me I destroyed the love in him. He does not leave in this moment. He told me he needs time. I told him I want to repair everything, I want to change. I do not want anymore to behave in this way. You’ve got to put a roadblock on the sled path. Stop telling the OLD story and start telling the NEW story! The NEW story of how you want it to be. The story of what it’s like to be in the most magical, loving relationship with your Soulmate. Starting now. You’re going to start catching yourself when you’re chatting with friends and the OLD story starts to creep out.  Notice it. Then shift to the NEW story.
5. See the positive. Focus on the good things about the specific person you want the Law of Attraction to bring you. Look for something to appreciate. This can be tough if there are negative feelings between the two of you, and you might only be able to find one thing in the beginning, but if you keep working at it, it will get easier. If you’re in a relationship with the person already, you should start to see his/her behavior change and things start improving between the two of you.
The human mind is wired to do whatever it takes to avoid pain in the short term, and not necessarily in the long term. It’s part of our survival instinct. It’s built into our DNA, and is also the foundation of the fight or flight response. We are always looking to avoid pain in the short term. If we were trying to avoid pain in the long term, do you think the same person would keep smoking, keep over-eating, keep gambling, or even keep drinking alcohol? Of course they wouldn’t.
