Sometimes this can be the hardest part of the Law of Attraction to grasp because when there's a person we love or are attracted to, he/she is all we can think about. We think the solution is in using the Law of Attraction to get the person to love us or notice us. But the Law of Attraction is about you – your thoughts, your feelings, and your vibration.
2) De-Cluttering your Mind. De-Cluttering your Mind means exactly that.  It means letting go or releasing any fears or beliefs you have about love that are keeping love away from you.  For example, many people believe they have some kind of fatal flaw or secret that may repulse others.  For women, it normally is something physical, and for men, it is normally something in their financial situation or career. These insecurities will lead you to have thoughts such as:
Kelley Rosano is awesome. I love her podcasts. I listen to her on iTunes. I watch her on YouTube. I follow her blog. She inspires and lifts me up especially when I am feeling down. Love and the Law of Attraction is a powerful book. It is easy to read and understand. You can move through the chapters quickly and apply the message to improve your life. Kelley gives you the teaching. It is up to me to do the work and apply what is here. I am using the book to change my life for the better. And, I am seeing that I need to work on my attitude. Sometimes I can be negative and I complain a lot. This pushes people away from me. I am curbing my sarcasm. I am watching myself and changing my bad habits. This book teaches you how to create the space for real love to enter. I am noticing too that the more encouraging I am with others and myself that this is improving my relationships. I feel more attractive. When I feel more attractive, I then feel my dreams can come true. And, I too can have what I want, a great guy, a beautiful home and abundance. My intention is live the abundant life with my soul mate.
Others have questioned the references to modern scientific theory, and have maintained, for example, that the Law of Attraction misrepresents the electrical activity of brainwaves.[50] Victor Stenger and Leon Lederman are critical of attempts to use quantum mysticism to bridge any unexplained or seemingly implausible effects, believing these to be traits of modern pseudoscience.[51][8][9]

This entire reality is your creation. Feel good about that. Feel grateful for the richness of your world. And then begin creating the reality you truly want by making decisions and holding intentions. Think about what you desire, and withdraw your thoughts from what you don’t want. The most natural, easiest way to do this is to pay attention to your emotions. Thinking about your desires feels good, and thinking about what you don’t want makes you feel bad. When you notice yourself feeling bad, you’ve caught yourself thinking about something you don’t want. Turn your focus back towards what you do want, and your emotional state will improve rapidly. As you do this repeatedly, you’ll begin to see your physical reality shift too, first in subtle ways and then in bigger leaps.

I look at the picture of my desire and send him love and happiness, in addition I imagine a pink spiral all around him and me. I have done this for two days and I feel liberated I feel like everything I was worrying about has disappeared I feel a different person seriously. It is like I have let it go whilst still feeling the energy inyhands and feet. Am not sure if this is right or not if Elizabeth could clarify, but I feel great.
Now, suppose that you begin to get clear about the kind of person that your soulmate is.  And you decide he or she is Abundant, Affectionate, Ambitious, Beautiful, Caring, Charismatic, Considerate, Creative, and so forth. Now, imagine that this person – who possess all of these wonderful qualities – was simultaneously looking back at you and secretly seeing you the way that you are right now, do you think that they would be proud of what they were seeing?  Would they be interested in hanging out with you, in dating you?  Chances are, the answer is no.

I find myself admiring these people who seem to surmount insurmountable difficulties simply by not giving up. They suffer embarrassment and sometimes humiliation, and yet they do not give up. Sometimes I see a child in school who is like that, and I know—and I tell the child’s parents-- that that child will turn out okay. I know that child will catch up, because it is the single virtue of persistence that makes for success. Michael J. Losier was introduced to the subject of Law of Attraction in 1995 and became a certified practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a technique that uses psychological and behavioral modification). A faculty member of the Law of Attraction Training Center, he grew up in a blue-collar community in New Brunswick, Canada, and now makes his home in Victoria, B.C., Canada.
According to the proponents of the law of attraction, we are all “incarnations of God.” We are all our own gods, able to create our own reality, able to control our own destiny. This lie is not a secret, and it is nothing new. Satan’s primary temptation has always been to obtain knowledge and thereby to become like God, “For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God…” (Genesis 3:5). Satan’s own fall from glory was this same error, “You said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High’” (Isaiah 14:13-14). The message of “The Secret” is the same message that Satan used to tempt Adam and Eve into sin: “You do not need God…you can be God!” And just as Satan will fail in his quest to be God (Isaiah 14:15; Revelation 20:10), so too will all those who seek to be their own god will fail: “'You are "gods" … but you will die like mere men…” (Psalm 82:6-7).
Also, for reasons that I do not need to belabor, it is advantageous for an individual to be especially bright, unusually attractive, talented, and, even tall and strong. None of these qualities guarantees success, but they all help. But put together they will not add up to very much unless certain other qualities of mind and personality are present. In other words, having all these advantages will not prevent some people from botching up; and we all know someone like that.
This is the teaching that the things received by faith start with a seed.[1][22] The name "seed-faith" comes from the Bible verse Matthew 17:20, "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there', and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you." Oral Roberts originally called this concept "Blessing Pact", which later became known as "Seed-Faith".[23]
The thing that's grand about spending your time thinking about the universe is that it makes you feel insignificant. I don't mean that in a bad way. If you understand that we've now discovered entire solar systems that contain planets similar to Earth, and that those are just the ones we know about, since most of the stars we've looked at are within about 300 light- years of Earth and the distance to the center of our galaxy is nearly 100 times that—then you realize that the laundry you've left undone and the dumb thing you said yesterday are about as significant as slime mold.
At this point, you may still remain unconvinced that this universal principle — which attracts like to like — still seems interwoven in magic and, therefore, unreal. Perhaps it’s because we’re talking about intangible concepts like thoughts and feelings. At least with gravity, an apple thrown up into the air falls onto the ground. You may not understand it, but you can visibly and immediately experience the effects.
Skeptical Inquirer magazine criticized the lack of falsifiability and testability of these claims.[47] Critics have asserted that the evidence provided is usually anecdotal and that, because of the self-selecting nature of the positive reports, as well as the subjective nature of any results, these reports are susceptible to confirmation bias and selection bias.[48] Physicist Ali Alousi, for instance, criticized it as unmeasurable and questioned the likelihood that thoughts can affect anything outside the head.[1]

As for losing faith in the Universe, that phrasing suggests you are applying ‘humanness’ to this force, and looking at it as something that makes decisions, rewards people, etc… It implies you are waiting for it to give you something. It is much more mechanical than that..it is neutral. It can only reflect back to us our predominant beliefs and feelings–it can’t deliver something because we are a good person, or are trying really hard,etc.. Think of it as a computer–input, output.

As I mentioned earlier, our soulmates frequently come into our lives to help us heal our deepest emotional wounds, and we come into their lives to help them do the same.   For some people, this may at first look like some form of  ‘Crazy, Stupid Love’, or a relationship that appears to bring out the worst both in you and your partner.  These are the kind of relationships where people break up several times but over time have a tendency to find their balance as deep healing begins to take place and eventually grow into ‘Soulmate Love’.

Hi Shona, If you want to successfully use the Law of Attraction for love for a specific person, you need to overcome your fear. Your thoughts and emotions create, so if you continue to be afraid, you will create the things that you fear – his cheating, his not wanting to commit, etc. Sometimes the easiest way to overcome fear is to think about the worst thing that would happen if things didn’t go the way you want them. Often, that worst fear isn’t all that bad, and it’s easy to then let the fear go. Other times, it might be necessary to use tapping or EFT to get rid of the fear.

Hello Kelli! I just came across your blog and it’s perfect timing! I’ve set my intention of meeting my soul mate recently, tried to work on limiting beliefs and all that. Yesterday, I joined some meet-up and met some good people. But I was so disappointed about the fact that the guy who I was a bit attracted to didn’t seem interested in me and ask me out. Even though he was not the exact type that I wanted but I started thinking like ‘maybe I’m not attractive enough..’ The very next day, I came across your blog and I’m very grateful for that.
He met his wife Catherine after moving to Texas for school, and together they now minister to adults and teens on a weekly basis. He started out as a Youth Pastor and has now taken on the role of Associate Pastor at the ALCC Main Campus. Over the past 11 years, Joshua has been able to travel and minister in several countries as well as reach out right here in the United States. The live streaming at ALCC via Internet allows the message of love and life to go around the world with just the click of a link at each service, and he is excited to share God's love all over.
You are greater than what is going on around you. Your relationship with yourself is your most important relationship. What’s happened happened. It’s in the past and you can’t change it. It sucks, but it’s happened. You can still change what happens in the future. Focus on getting to a place where you feel better. The happier and more joyful you feel, the more positive results you will see.
When you understand the answers to these types of questions about manifesting your soulmate, your mind and heart begin to focus on trying to find love that is based on true mutual understanding and excitement. You can do all kinds of creative techniques to bolster the designing of your life partner. For example, Law of Attraction experts recommend daily visualization exercises in which you conjure up a vivid sense of what your life partner would be like. Meanwhile, you can also create a dream board that represents all the traits you’re looking for and your image of how this relationship will improve your life.
Here’s the thing: you can only attract that to which you are a match, and if you are hiding who you really are, or are trying to construct some ‘perfect’ version of yourself you believe makes you more attractive as a potential mate, you will only attract other people who are putting up these same facades. You will never make any true connections—you’re being inauthentic and everyone you meet is being inauthentic, and eventually it will all come to the surface in some way. One of the reasons people struggle to meet the right person is because everyone is just walking around, faking it.
While developing any habit isn’t a simple feat, focusing on keystone habits will provide the greatest benefits. However, the important thing is to identify the right keystone habits that are going to help you along the way. That’s a unique undertaking and very much reliant on the types of goals you’ve set for yourself and just what you’re trying to succeed at in life.
