It wasn’t until the morning after our little ‘party’ that I noticed something taped to the refrigerator – something that impacts me each time I read it. It was the IBD 10 Secrets to Success. Once my head cleared, I quickly copied them down and read them over and over again. After our vacation I made copies and posted them in my home office and inside a journal I decided to keep.
I really like the book. It has much information for you to process so it is not a one sitting read. The book does get it about energy and give you suggestions on how to work with your energy. I affirmations are good but I have found as I have progressed I have modified them to fit my progression. I would suggest this book to anyone. I have used this book with Denis Linn Soul Coaching and Donna Eden's Energy Medicine techniques.
Thanks so much..so glad you liked it. Relationships can be tricky because there is so much emotional charge around them. It is easy to get off track, and you are right, going back to information that reminds us of these truths and helps us refocus is one of the best things we can do. The reinforcement is necessary to help us reprogram because essentially that is what we need to do. For me, there are two things. First, is getting into that space of trust and knowing by looking back on past manifestations. We have a tendency to put more trust in the negative ones and then dismiss the positive ones…which is one of our weird quirks. And I do my best to step back from anything that isn’t making me feel good and just go do something else, like read a book or take a walk.
The Law of Attraction is a deep subject and you seem to only have a very superficial understanding of it paired with a closed mind. The reason most people aren't excellent at it is that most people have very deep seated beliefs about limits and have a lot of fearful thoughts that they pick up from society. Even babies pick up and mimic the negative moods of those around them.
Many people talk about success. They say they want to be successful at something. But, when prodded, they don’t provide specifics because they haven’t really created those specifics in their minds. Sure, they might want to earn more money, drive a nicer car, get a better job, or travel to some far-off destination, but they haven’t set specific and measurable goals that are written down on paper.
