Think about the qualities you seek in the person you want to attract. These qualities are very personal and vary from individual to individual. Remember, there are no limits to what you can want.  Be specific about what is important to you; think about what you want in detail.  A great way to get some clarity is to make a list of the qualities you find attractive and the values that you admire in other people. Making a list or journaling our expectations is a powerful tool when applying the law of attraction to any facet of your life.
9) Finally, learn to fall in love with yourself fully.  The more you learn to fully love and accept yourself, the more you’ll learn to recognize other peoples’ love, too. Begin by loving yourself and accepting yourself just the way you are, with all your quirks and idiosyncrasies (and we all have them).  Work on accepting your weaknesses, your strengths, your limitations, your guilt and insecurities as part of your make-up.

This is why assuming responsibility for your thoughts is so important. If you want to see peace in the world, then intend peace for EVERYTHING in your reality. If you want to see abundance in the world, then intend it for EVERYONE. If you want to enjoy loving relationships, then intend loving relationships for ALL. If you intend these only for your own avatar but not for others, then you’re intending conflict, division, and separation; consequently, that’s what you’ll experience.

Hi Geoff! Thank you for your reply. I do understand the chapter is about getting an ex back. However, what I meant to ask is whether the same rule applies if the person you want to manifest a relationship with is someone you haven’t previously dated. You see I talk to him everyday and he often tends to talk about the girl he is with or unknowingly tells me how I mean a lot to him but only as a friend. And every time that happens I just can’t stop negative thoughts of fear and doubt cropping up in my mind, thus making it difficult for me to let go. So I want to know if I should maintain some distance, perhaps talk less often. The only issue here is that there isn’t really any problem between us. He knows I love him and we kind of sorted it out a couple of months back and have continued to be best friends. I don’t quite have a reason to suddenly cut down on talking to him and I am sure if I do that he would want to know why.

2) The Second List: Deal Breakers. It’s now time get clear about what I call the ‘Deal Breakers’.  These are the ‘red lights’ that you want to watch out for when you start meeting people.  This is a smaller list where you identify at least three qualities that if this person were to exhibit, you would not engage in a relationship with them. In other words, the deal would be off.
Deal-breaker items could include: if the person has some form of alcohol or substance addiction or abuse, if they are married or in another relationship, if they are physically or verbally abusive, and even if they smoke.  For some people, smoking is not a big deal, but for me, I just can’t stand kissing someone after they’ve had a smoke, so I decided to include it in my deal-breaker list.  What are your deal- breakers? All you need is three.

We all long for that connection with someone else. It is natural to want it. It is okay to want it. The absence of it in our life creates a very strong emotional reaction. We notice the lack of a relationship constantly. There is a huge vibration of lack. What we are ‘vibrating’ now will determine what we attract into our experience now, so we need to clean things up here a bit.
I have some questions about letting go of resistance. Looking back, I could finally let go of resistance by going on lots of dates and making myself exhausted, get sick and tired of trying to find the right guy. Am new here and I start knownig about the law of attraction 3 month ago.. actually my case is a little complicated.. lets get straight the topic.. since my childhood i was a good looking guy that girls are atrected to .. in my adolescence i felt in love for the first time when i was 17.. but the frustrating thing is after 17 years .. my face has changed .. and i mean it really! am not handsome anymore .. even i dont wanna say am ugly but people make fun of me .. like am disfigured 🙁 .. since that moment I hate myself so much its like its not me .. this not my real face .. mutation!! and i hate myself more coz i felt so unworthy to be loved .. am now 25 year old and still struggle to live a normal life .. I cant live happy if am not in a love relation coz that first relation makes me live in wonderland.. I knew a girl 4 month ago via facebook .. i can see we both attracted to each others . and I think I love her.. she want to meet me in real life but am so scared so scared to get rejected coz i know am ugly somehow .. so please help elizabeth tell me what should I do .. she didnt said she love me but I know that she miss me all the time and think about me .. am really tired of being so scared to be rejected
this book is not really about money and prestige, or maybe i should say, not just about them. it's really about changing your life and, incidentally, attaining your goals, whatever they might be. it's easy reading, and it's important information. you do have to be open to the possibility that you can change the way you think, and maybe that might influence how your life plays out. it won't work for you if you are committed to continuing to think exactly the way you always have, or if you don't want anything in your life to change in any way. but otherwise, this book is great!

The law of attraction for relationships tends to manifest itself through the kind of positive and negative mindset building activities we engage in on a daily basis. The activities that you do as a person who loves himself will draw more people into your life. This will happen through the constant positive thoughts that will go through your mind. Good memories and thoughts tend to make you happier as a person and anybody near you can actually notice it. They will immediately get interested in you. The other person will want to know what actually makes you the kind of person you are, what make you happy. This will slowly build up into a special connection with that person especially if you share the same interests in life.

You can tell if your affirmation is positive or negative by the way it makes you feel. If it makes you feel great, it is positive. If it makes you feel bad, it is negative. It's that simple. If you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, simply turn them around and start focusing on the positive. You will immediately feel better and you will be in alignment with love.


Staying motivated is also a way that you can ensure you take action on a daily basis.
