Plainly, there are a number of factors that influence someone’s future success, starting with choosing the right parents in the right country. The children of affluent, educated parents are more likely themselves to be well-educated and ultimately employed successfully in good jobs. I take this to be an outgrowth of plain good luck. And good luck enters into people’s lives over and over again in many ways. Most truly distinguished individuals acknowledge the influence of luck in their lives.
hey elizabeth!!!im really honoured to come across this website!!!It gave me hope when I was devastated. My story is like this. I used to like someone. In fact I really do love him with all my heart. I did my part and let him know about my feelings to him. He said that he dont wanna hurt me and he says I deserve someone better without even giving it a try. But my instinct always say that he do love me, he just dont want to show it. Every night, I would pray to god to give me signs if i should continue to believe in this love or not. I did receive signals not once but many times. Its like each time I want to move on in life something unbelievable happens, like getting a text from him and so on. I really want to share my love and happiness with him. I have completely let go and I am staying dettached. But I just want to know what else could I do to make him realise my love for him is pure? Please give me a piece of your mind. I really desire a relationship with him. I am looking forward for your reply.

It would be impossible to publish research in any respectable peer-reviewed psychology journal that was not up to this high standard with concomitant rigorous statistical analyses. These are the standards in psychology. When someone comes up with a new theory in psychology or any other science, for that theory to be of any use, it has to be able to make predictions and those predictions have to be verifiable. If there is no way to disprove a theory, it can explain everything that happens, yet it doesn't predict anything specific that can be tested, it is considered a poor theory.
Step 1 is important because it prepares your mind and body to receive whatever you’re asking for. Our brains don’t know the difference between reality and imagination. When you engage in full, sensory imagination, your brain fires up your body to move forward. Muscles, blood flow, heart, lungs and every part of your body gear up to take part in whatever you’re imagining.
Your brain is so smart that it has taken the vibrations all around you, and learned how to translate it into your “reality” in a way so that you can’t even recognise its vibration. Think about it... What are the colours that you perceive? If you’ve studied any science then you know that colour is just a vibration at a particular frequency. What are the sounds that you hear? They are nothing more than vibrations that your brain has translated in order to make sense out of it.
The 3% of the class that had both set written goals and created plans, were earning, on average, ten times as much as the other 97% of the class. Yes. You read that correctly. 10 times as much. This is an extraordinary difference. And other, more recent studies, have confirmed the same notion that you must set written goals with detailed plans if you want to succeed in life.
