I stumbled on your page a couple weeks ago. I’ve been coping with post partum depression for the past few months. Although medication has absolutely helped take the edge off, ever since reading your words I’ve felt a consistent and steady rise in my feelings of happiness. The medication helped stabilize my depression, that’s true, but your words helped me tap into my joy. Joy I haven’t felt in years, possibly since I was a child myself.
But again, theory, and real world application, are quite different, because of that good old resistance. Just wanting a great relationship isn't enough if you have a lot of blocks around allowing one in. You have to believe you can truly have one. When you think about meeting that perfect person for you, and it doesn't feel good, you have to examine that.

i broke up with my guy just a week back. we were in deep love.but he was realy irriated with me flirting around with other guyz.but i never had any affair with any guy while i was in relationship with him nigther did i cheat on him.dayz back first time he caught me lying ,well i had just called a guy friend of mine(who he dislikes) but i did not tell him about it while he was goin through my phone he just found his contact in the dialled no. and after that he broke up with me. but now when i have changed for him completely , i have stopped talkin 2 every guy friend of mine he doesnt trust me and he doesnt wanna come back.but i cant get over him,i realy love him truly. what do i do.i tried giving him some cute surprises and getting him back but he says his liking hasnt incresed for me at all.
The book first starts off with what happen in his life at a young age and then talks about how he gain his motivation get get past his circumstances. There are principle points throughout the book starting on Ch 4 which are very great as well. Each principle have a story about Eric's life that relates to each one. (Some of these will relate to your life) This is a must read for anyone and everyone regardless of your circumstances. It will give you motivation and make you rethink your choices in life for success.
Be sure about what you want and when you do decide please don't doubt yourself. Remember that you're sending a request to the Universe which is created by thoughts and therefore responds to thoughts. Know exactly what it is that you want. If you're not clear/sure, the Universe will get an unclear frequency and will send you unwanted results. So be sure it is something you have strong enthusiasm for.

If you want things in your life to get better, focus on the solution, not on the problem. Your thoughts generate the action you take in your life. If your thoughts are soaked in negativity, your action can't be resourceful. Instead of focusing on the elimination of a problem, focus on what you can create instead. Replace worrying with the projection of positive images.
